Formspring Question #4
Hey, this is cool. All of a sudden people are asking me questions on Formspring:
Dear Mindy, could you do some forced latex based captions? OF course, a request from you to me is also cool! The short answer is absolutely! In fact, a few of the captions that I've worked on over the last week or so have women dressed in latex. The longer answer, I guess, is a question: What exactly do you mean by "forced latex based captions"? Do you mean caption in which the subject is forced to wear latex or a caption in which the latex is responsible for the TG? Hmm. I've don't know that I've really considered that second idea before... So stay tuned!

Formspring Question #3
Woohoo! Another new question on Formspring (from "someone"):
I've got a lot of additional images from which I plan to create Babemaker captions, but I have to be in the ... um ... right frame of mind to get the right degree of evil and depravity and snark necessary. But don't worry, there will definitely be more Babemaker captions!
What was your inspiration for the odd transformations in the Babemaker series? And are you planning on doing more anytime soon?Great question! I'd have to say that my inspiration for the Babemaker series was simply the images themselves. Most of the images that I've used for Babemaker captions (or put in my Babemaker folder to be used for captions) have been really over-the-top or outlandish in some way. And I just started wondering what the story could be behind some of those pictures ... and then exaggerating whatever I thought of. And then I thought about some sort of unifying background for those images. Quickly the mad scientist came to mind and from there I just ran with the idea of a scientist doing all sorts of experiments that tended to have unforeseen (I was going to say tragic, but nah) consequences. Perhaps tragic for the victims but not the viewer.

Doubt About My Intentions
I have a number of images of this model in this outfit. I suspect that I'll use them again for a longer caption sometime down the road. Maybe a sequel. Anyway, don't be surprised if I revisit this particular image series.

Formspring Question #2
Hey, I got another question on Formspring! (Well, actually, I've received several over recent months but almost all of them have been non-question questions (in other words, the questions didn't actually ask anything and several were, frankly, wholly unintelligible).
Anyway, here is the question that I received from someone (anonymously, apparently):
Hope that answers.
Anyway, here is the question that I received from someone (anonymously, apparently):
what is ur favorite type of captionAn interesting question. I've actually started (and stopped and started again and stopped...) writing a post about my likes and dislikes. I may return to that at some point. But to the direct question, I'd have to say that the first thing that my favorite captions require is a good image. The woman has to be beautiful (or at least really sexy). Believe it or not, I'd rather see her partially dressed in sexy clothes than totally nude (but it depends on the story, I guess). As for the story itself, I tend to prefer non-consensual transformations where the transformed woman becomes a bimbo or a slut. I don't really care whether it's magic or science responsible for the change. But I want the change to result in pleasure, not pain. Usually.
Hope that answers.

Claims of Copyright Infringement
I'm curious to know if other TG bloggers have received requests to remove images on the basis of copyright infringement and, if so, whether you have simply complied with the request, rejected the request (on the basis of fair use or otherwise), or entered into some kind of dialogue with the person asserting the copyright. Unfortunately, the image at issue (which I've already taken down, at least temporarily) was one of the most popular captions that I've ever posted: Stupid Wish.
Obviously, this blog is just a hobby. I'm not making any money at it and I'm not looking to get into litigation with anyone over a caption that I've created. On the other hand, I'm a strong believer in the doctrine of fair use and don't react well to people who believe that simply shouting "copyright" is both the beginning and end of the story.
So I'm not sure if I'm going to leave post without the image or ... um ... I don't know.
Suggestions?

And I'm Back...
Vacation is (sadly) over. Time to get back into the grind of real life. Of course, that also means it's time for ... drum roll please ... new captions! The first one will be posted late tonight and I'm going to try to stick to my one-a-day schedule for as long as I can.
